Sample 01 · Resume writing

Show what you can do.

A useful resume connects real experience to the opportunity. Describe an action, the task, and its purpose or result. School projects and volunteering can provide evidence.

Try it: Improve “Helped with books” without inventing details.

See a model answer

“Organized donated books by reading level to help volunteers prepare tutoring materials.”

This gives a specific action and purpose. Use it only if those details are true of your own experience.

Sample 02 · Interview skills

Make your answer concrete.

STAR organizes an example: Situation, Task, Action, Result. Describe what you personally contributed and what you learned.

Try it: How would you answer “Tell me about a time you helped a team”?

See a model answer

“Our class had a presentation due Friday. I was responsible for organizing our sources. I made a shared checklist and checked the sources with my teammates. We submitted on time, and I learned to confirm everyone’s responsibilities early.”

This is a fictional model. Replace it with a truthful example of your own.
